Your order will be built by our professionals in store. If you would like your order in the box then please request this once you have placed the order.

We offer Click and Collect from all of our stores.

Your will recieve a ‘Confirmation Email’ with your order followed by a ‘Dispatch Notice’ and finally a ‘Ready to Collect’ email

You will recieve an ‘Email Confirmation’ with an invoice attached and also a paper invoice with collection of your order.

This means your order is in process with our supplier and we will notify you when the order is recieved in one of our store and another when its ready for collection.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Yes, it will be taken once the order confirmation has been sent.

This is where you can store your gift ideas, or favourite items for later.

You will be shown the product on collection and the products(s) will be check for damage with a professional from one of our stores.

Excahnge or cancellation is accepted until order is dispatached. Once the order is dispatched to your local store this will be under the instore policy. Please contact the appropriate store for more details (Contact Us)
